1. Digital Service Policy

Since RoyalOTT provides digital IPTV services, all sales are generally non-refundable once the service is activated.

2. Trial & Testing

We recommend testing our service (if trial is available) before purchasing a long-term subscription.

3. Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • The service is not activated

  • There is a verified technical issue from our side and we fail to resolve it

Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase.

4. No Refunds For

  • Internet issues on user side

  • Device incompatibility

  • Channel removal or buffering issues beyond our control

  • Change of mind after activation
